Brief Description of the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a BPO Hiring
Specialist/Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in BPO hiring,
recruitment, or a related field. This role will be based in Noida and will involve sourcing, screening, and
hiring candidates for various BPO positions.
Key Role & Responsibilities
1. Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media,
networking, referrals, etc., to attract potential candidates for BPO positions.
2. Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and shortlist candidates
based on job requirements and qualifications.
3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers,
ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
4. Assessment and Evaluation: Administer assessments or tests as required and evaluate candidates based
on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
5. Offer Negotiation: Facilitate the offer negotiation process between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring competitive and fair offers are made. US l UK l Canada l India

6. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation
sessions and collecting necessary documentation.
7. Maintaining Recruitment Metrics: Keep track of recruitment activities and maintain relevant metrics such
as time-to-fill, source of hire, etc., to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
8. Building Talent Pipelines: Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current
and future hiring needs.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and
develop effective recruitment strategies.
10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout
the recruitment process.
Educational & Professional Expertise:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 6 months to 2 years of experience in BPO hiring, recruitment, or a similar role.
3. Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to attract and engage passive candidates.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
6. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
7. Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
8. Positive attitude, high level of energy, and a passion for talent acquisition.
