Job Description

• Preparing training curriculum, reference material and training kits
• Provide protective gear before initiating training to participants (mask, gloves, boot apron etc.)
• Check the function of equipment, stocks & supplies required during training, timely filling of requisition of material required for training and maintain balance stock after each training session
• Conduct demonstrations of skills such as bed making, vital measurement, insulin injection, nasal feeding & IV insertion.
• Prepare session plan, reading material, homework and assignment for students
• Supervise &evaluate student class work, laboratory work & assignment
• Facilitate in recruitment, registration and placement of candidates
• Maintain student attendance record grades and other required records
• Plan parents/wards meetings and ensuring required batch size in case of drop outs
• Preparing students for final external exams
• Monitoring students after placement
• Plan exposure visits to hospitals, rehabilitation center & old age home
• Plan for parents meeting & suggest issues to PC for preparing agenda
• Maintaining the practical lab & preparing for practical's
