Job Summary:
As a Wind Chill Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Wind Chill PLM solutions .You will lead a team of professionals, manage project timelines, ensure adherence to best practices, and collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Wind Chill PLM implementation projects.
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and requirements.
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Wind Chill solutions with existing systems.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with company standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Wind Chill Consultant or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Wind Chill PLM software and its capabilities.
Proven experience as a Windchill PLM Delivery Manager
Experience in managing and leading delivery teams
Collaborate with business partners and Scrum teams to understand PLM requirements and provide expert guidance on implementing solutions
Must be able to handle revenue portfolio, UT,CM & other ops parameters.
Provide mentorship and collaborate on development plans for direct reports
Experience 17-20+years
