: We are seeking a talented US Healthcare Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruitment, with expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various healthcare positions. As a US Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying top healthcare professionals, building strong candidate pipelines, and delivering high-quality talent to meet our clients" staffing needs. Responsibilities: Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff, through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidate qualifications, credentials, and experience to ensure alignment with client requirements and expectations. . Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing support and guidance throughout the interview process. Negotiate offers and terms of employment with candidates, addressing compensation, benefits, and other relevant factors to secure successful placements. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and other clients to understand their staffing needs, preferences, and culture. Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to develop effective recruitment strategies and tactics to attract top healthcare talent. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines, track application statuses, and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in healthcare recruitment to ensure compliance and enhance sourcing and hiring strategies. Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates and clients, ensuring clear and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process. Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for newly hired healthcare professionals, facilitating a smooth transition into their new roles. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a US Healthcare Recruiter, with a proven track record of successfully placing healthcare professionals in various settings. Strong understanding of healthcare roles, specialties, credentials, and licensure requirements, with the ability to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific positions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates, clients, and healthcare professionals. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruitment tools to source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
