Job Responsibilities Develop and refine marketing strategies covering digital, content, email, and social media marketing. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive insights. Initiate innovative marketing ideas to differentiate the company and drive brand recognition. Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns for lead generation and prospect nurturing. Create high-quality marketing collateral, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and videos. Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the tools and resources they need. Develop strategies for customer. engagement, upselling, and cross-selling. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide optimization insights. Foster cross-functional collaboration with other teams. Efficiently manage marketing budgets for a positive ROI. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. An MBA in marketing is a plus. Proven track record in marketing roles, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience Strong understanding of marketing principles, tools, and techniques. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions. Creative thinker with a knack for generating innovative marketing ideas. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Collaborative team player who can work effectively across different departments. Experience 4-6 years
