Job Description
: B2B Cruise Operations:- Handle incoming and outgoing customer/ travel agents/ internal calls.
- Handle email communication with customer/ travel agents/ internal staff.
- Help Customer / Travel agent/ internal staff for booking related queries, amendments, and escalations.
- Coordinate with Cruise Lines for Confirmation, amendments, payments, complaints, escalations.
- Handling pending and ensuring conversions.
- Provide best-in-class quantitative and qualitative service to travel agents.
