Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Lamrin Hotels & Resorts in Dehradun. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining high standards of service and efficiency. >Serving as the single point of contact at the hotel for resident customers, receiving and promptly servicing in- room food and beverage requests >Managing front office operations effectively, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures, and. maintaining up-to- date guest folios and documentation >Overseeing and supporting housekeeping services, confirming that rooms were fully prepared before guest arrivals, and that customer queries and complaints were resolved efficiently and effectively >Driving increased customer satisfaction by providing additional services such as organizing celebratory events for customers special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries > Handle guest relations, inventory control. > Overseeing the budget to ensure that costs do not exceed revenues. > Scheduling staff members work hours and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth operation. > Dealing with Suppliers/Vendors for quality products. > Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments. > Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive and serve the guests. > Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Experience in the hospitality industry Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Attention to detail and organizational skills Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field Previous experience as an Operations Manager is a plus
