Job Description

Role & responsibilities


Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with clients.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns (digital, social media, email, offline).
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create promotional materials.
  • Manage online presence, including website, SEO, and social media channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance using analytics tools and metrics.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
