Job Description
As an Operation Manager, you will:
- Manage the team to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of client requirements within specified Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Handle client interactions and oversee deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain process compliance according to organizational standards.
- Proactively identify resource needs in coordination with Account Leads to meet daily deliverables.
- Monitor project progress daily to anticipate and resolve potential issues.
- Collect, compile, and present detailed delivery metrics to the management at regular intervals.
- Responsible for managing client interactions and ensuring satisfaction with deliverables.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client schedules and adhere to quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices within the operational processes.
- Process Automation and Efficiency Improvement.
- Recommend suitable tools and techniques for system automation to enhance team technical efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with information security policies and relevant procedures.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 10+ years of proficiency in client interaction and handling diverse teams effectively.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, ensuring they deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in handling client interactions, understanding their requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction through the timely delivery of quality services.
- Experience in maintaining process compliance according to organizational standards while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Proactively identifying resource needs, coordinating with account leads, and optimizing resource allocation to meet daily deliverables.
- Expertise in monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and taking proactive measures to resolve them, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Proficiency in recommending suitable tools and techniques for process automation to enhance team technical efficiency, productivity, and overall operational effectiveness.
- Experience in evaluating new technologies and solutions to enhance operational effectiveness, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
- Experience in effectively manage multiple teams, ensuring coordination, collaboration, and alignment towards common goals.
