Job Description
The candidate for this post should have profound experience in Power Sector, preferably spanning across multiple functional dimensions, including business Development and marketing in power sector, stakeholder handling preferably retail customers and distribution companies.
In addition to above, the candidate should have an experience of prevalent Open access procedures and power trading activities.
Role & responsibilities
The candidate for this post should have profound experience in Power Sector, preferably spanning across multiple functional dimensions, including business Development and marketing in power sector, stakeholder handling preferably retail customers and distribution companies.
In addition to above, the candidate should have an experience of prevalent Open access procedures and power trading activities.
The selected candidate shall be broadly responsible for following:
- Marketing Activities and Power Trading Business.
- Analysis of volume traded by clients on daily basis.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients and expand client base by acquiring new clients.
- Effectively communicate Companys services and their value proposition to the potential clients.
- Market research activities to keep abreast of prevailing market conditions
- Building strong, long term relationships with clients, including understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
- Should have experience in Exchange biddings like- DAM, TAM, RTM etc.
- Knowledge of filling the Open access applications.
- Should have experience in Shift Operational activities- Daily power scheduling, revision etc.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate should be B.E and MBA.
- Having 5-7 years of minimum experience in related field is desirable
- Knowledge of Power Market is desirable
- Candidate should have the capability required for stakeholder communication, customer handling and project management
- Good communication and writing skills
- Able to communicate complex issues
- Excellent organization and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal skills
