Key Job Functions


• Engage with customers through live chat, delivering prompt and professional support
• Address concerns and provide accurate information
• Simultaneously handle 3 to 4 chat interactions effectively

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months experience in international chat-based support
• Must possess a typing speed of 35+ words per minute with 90%+ accuracy
• Should be available for immediate onboarding
• Candidates currently studying or on notice period are not eligible
• No time-off will be permitted during the first six months of employment
• Must be willing to work in night shifts or graveyard shifts depending on business needs

 

Compensation & Benefits
