Job Description
Drive digital innovation and serve as a cross-functional change agent across the organization by closely engaging with customers
Set and implement digital strategy by working with cross-functional partners to map and transition traditional processes to digital ones
Be a digital evangelist, championing the use of digital technology and practices to engender a digital mindset from the top down
Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices between partners and colleagues to help embed a robust digital ecosystem
Demonstrate proficiency in developing and presenting to customer techno-functional proposals based on understanding of business needs
Develop programmes to implement transformational change which will enable the organization to deliver products and services which are efficient and highly effective of high-quality and user-centred
Develop, manage, monitor and implement the groups digital strategy in line with organizational values, objectives and priorities
Create and support an environment of digital innovation and best practice, ensuring the use of technologies for the benefit of stakeholders and members while building talent and putting together rapid innovation teams to manage client response to market inflections
Create and embed a prioritisation approach to develop a roadmap for innovation with the relevant processes, tools and metrics to support business objectives and new growth opportunities
Measure ROI on digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure we're investing in the right tools and resources
Develop a clearly-defined and compelling digital strategy for the companys future
Ensure that all relevant digital initiatives are fully integrated into the strategic-planning process for leadership commitment, resource allocation and execution
Work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models
Own and centrally monitor the digital innovation project portfolio
Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), Prototypes and Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) to support ideas that emerge from client workshops and innovation sessions
Build, manage and continue to grow an internal and external digital innovation ecosystem
Identifying new tools AI, digital, cloud, blockchain etc. that can support, enhance and improve our solutions
Support the Pre-Sales functions with expertise and help on estimations, Prototypes and other digital collaterals / content necessary to reply to RFPs
Work closely with HR to attract and retain top talent, and to build digital capabilities across the company
