Job Description
Job Role: RPA (UiPath) - Senior Specialist/Lead
Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune
Work Mode: Hybrid
Shift: General
Experience: 7+ to 10 years - (Senior Specialist/Lead),
Skill: RPA automation, UiPath (Fortra - good to have)
Role & responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain RPA frameworks and best practices
- Design and develop automated workflows using Fortra Automate
- Exposure to API automation Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define project requirements.
- Understand the requirements (both functional and non-functional) by going through the specifications and with inputs from Business Analyst to create solution Architecture and Solution Design Document
- Create solutions for complex implementations like MFA, Captcha Web, Citrix application challenges, etc based on the Customer application landscape.
- Perform Impact Analysis, create Design Specifications as per the high-level design.
- Review artifacts (Code, Documentation, Unit test scripts) Work on Go Live activities as per the Implementation plan.
- Active participation in all the scrum meetings & proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team, generating, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions to solve them.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of RPA solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to RPA developers and teams.
- Conduct performance monitoring and optimization of deployed bots.
- Create and maintain documentation related to RPA architecture and best practices
Preferred candidate profile
- 7 - 10 years of automation implementation experience
- Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects.
- Strong understanding of RPA technologies such as UiPath
- Working experience in UI Path and exposure to migration work from UI Path to any other RPA tool (preferably PA or FA)
- Experience in process analysis, design, and implementation
- Good exposure to error handling, Notifications, and logging, retry, configure, and terminate Flow Pattern
- Strong communication and leadership skills
