Semi CS / CS candidate with a minimum of 2 years experience in the Merchant Banking sector required for a Merchant Bank located at Goregaon / Churchgate, Mumbai JD: - Assisting in Due Diligence of the Companies, Take Over, IPOs, Right Issue etc. - Preparation and submission of documents related to above activities - Secretarial compliances related to Merchant Banking activities - Preparation of Propectus - Coordination with the regulatory authorities SEBI, Stock Exchanges etc - Timely Compliances related to Merchant Banking Company as per SEBI Regulations Salary up to Rs 6 lakhs per annum (can be increased slightly) Send CVs to hidden_email with the subject line CS / Semi CS - Mumbai mentioning your current salary, expected salary, notice period and reason to quit the current organization
