: Summary candidate profile: Business function to be supported is Technical Services. This function provides maintenance and repair services on capital surgical instruments in the field using a CRM system that interfaces with SAP. Back-office functions manage (in SAP) spare parts logistics, service Contracts, Service Notifications, Service Orders, and billing for the preceding. Experience in the same or similar business setting ideal. Minimum SAP experience: 7 years. Primary SAP modules: CS, SD, LE, PM
