Job Summary:


Lithium Urban Technologies is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier talent for our growing organization. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.


Key Responsibilities:


- Partner with hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and formulate strategic recruitment plans.

- Utilize diverse sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking events) to attract high-caliber candidates.

- Conduct preliminary candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

- Manage the interview process, including scheduling, preparing materials, and providing timely feedback to candidates.

- Negotiate salary and benefits packages, ensuring alignment with company policies.

- Oversee the candidate pipeline, providing regular updates to hiring managers.

- Foster relationships with external recruiting agencies and job boards.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and implement best practices in talent acquisition.

- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to facilitate the completion of necessary paperwork, contracts, background checks.

- Conduct engaging new hire orientation sessions, covering company policies, procedures, and cultural nuances.

- Continuously evaluate and enhance the onboarding process for effectiveness and efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
