Role & responsibilities

Strategic HR support
Talent acquisition
Grievance handling
Employee relations
Performance management
HR policy implementation
Employee engagement initiatives
Comfortable with liasoning
Basic knowledge of labour laws
Employee complete lifecycle
Vendor Management

Preferred candidate profile

2+ year HRBP experience
MBA in HR or related field (mandatory)
Strong understanding of HR principles and local labour laws
excellent communication skills.

Experience in Similar E-Commerce Industry will be preferred
