U.S Customer Support Role | Blended Process

Job Description

International Chat/Blended experience is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in a utility process will be an added advantage.
Open for working in night shifts & from office.
Accepting and loading the work orders received by the client.

5 days Working

Both Side Cabs (Hiring Zone- Noida, Ghaziabad, East Delhi and South Delhi)

Rotational shifts / Rotational Offs as per roster needs. May need to work on Sat/Sun. 2 offs in a week.
