JD of Front Desk Executive
Communication - Greet clients/customers and set a positive office atmosphere, Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary. Create, maintain updated documents and spreadsheets. Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail.
Daily Operation - Attendance, Bio -Matrix Reports, Email Correspondence
Courier sending & receiving, Visiting Card distribution & Bill process
Assist Admin head as and when required.
