Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to customer inquiries
• Responsible to make the customer experience a pleasurable one right from the time the guest enters the site sales office
• Will look after Client orientation, meet and greet with all walk-ins.
• Ensure co-ordination with projects team to gather complete information about the site to act as a product specialist.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication skill
• Interpersonal skills
• Proficient in all MS Office applications
• Should be fluent in written and spoken English and have good soft skills
• Should be well groomed and have an affinity to and good understanding of luxury
