Brief:

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Liaise with Government bodies and their key decision makers to start a training program
2. Liaise and provide support to ground level government officers/agents to track and support the projects
3. Strategic partnership mgmt, marketing collateral, presenting, recruitment, providing feedback to relevant stakeholders.
4. Marketing and data collection target setting Presenting, Data Management, MoUs, Recruitment Strategy, Recruitment
5. Manage the telesales/recruitment team for conversion of leads to revenue
6. Knowledge on customer support service model.
7. Must be responsible for training batch start on monthly basis

Candidate Profile:

1. Should have experience on working & developing new business vertical in a startup environment
2. MBA with 3 yrs of experience as a manager in a new business vertical with 5-7 yrs of experience
3. Experience in handling a team.
4. Must be a outcome driven and outcome oriented in prior work experience
5. Must be metric driven
6. Proficiency in screening & data management.
7. Candidate from Insurance, Mutual Funds, Financial services/Educational sales background will be preferred
