Job Description

• Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned clients.

• Understanding client requirements and organisation with regard to their existing business activities.

• Sourcing resumes using various job portals, finding candidates as per the requirement through available resources.  Screening the profiles,  Conducting a telephonic interview. 

• Shortlist candidates and recommend them to the clients. 

• Generating and maintaining databases for future requirements.

• Salary negotiation, Follow up till the date of joining, Closing the positions  Taking references from the candidates.

Working Days- Monday To Friday

Shif Timimg's - 9am to 6pm

Work mode - Remote

System- Candidate should have their own system and broadband it is compulsory.
