Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Formulation of the Training Plan
• Training Need Analysis
• Scheduling, Training Execution, and Coordination of trainings for freshers
• Scheduling, Training Execution, and Coordination of trainings for laterals
• Trainers Evaluation
• Maintaining trainer database
• Administering the test and other modes of evaluation for training
• Training Effectiveness Check
• Creating reports in Excel sheet

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelor's/ masters degree in human resources, Education, Training, or a related field.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants.
• Proficiency in using training tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding learning principles and training evaluation methods.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
