Post / Motion Graphics Video Editor COE India (Post production Editor/Animator) Quickbase is searching for an experienced Video Editor to ensure we develop highly engaging multimedia content Video content is a core part of Quickbases marketing strategy Our videos both entertain customers and inform them about the various ways Quickbase can eliminate Gray Work All of this is possible thanks to our behind-the-scenes video staff We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team at Quickbase In this role, you will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into a finished project that matches our company's vision and is suitable for various platforms Your duties will include reviewing shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list You'll cut footage in a way that tells a cohesive and compelling story You will also be responsible for adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics and inputting music, dialogues, graphics, and effects Video Editor Job Responsibilities and Duties Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience Take a brief to grasp the production teams needs and specifications Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenesvalue and contribution to continuity Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industrys best practices to maximize efficiency Video Editor Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of video editing and post-production experience Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles Bachelors degree in Film or related field Proven work experience as a Video Editor Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio Creative mind and storytelling skillsJob Classification
