Job Description
We are seeking an Experienced, Skilled and Creative 2D Animator with expertise in Adobe Animate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of animation principles and a passion for bringing characters, props, and stories to life with fluid, expressive motion, creativity and visualisation.
Key Responsibilities:
CREATE - eye-catching 2D animations, primarily for reels and shorts, mostly in the comedy and parody genre.
COLLABORATE - with the creative team to brainstorm and bring fresh comedic concepts to life.
ENGAGE - Use Adobe Photoshop, Animate CC, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other tools to produce high-quality animations that engage and entertain audiences.
-Incorporate sound effects and voiceovers to enhance comedic timing and overall impact.
-Ensure animations are optimized for social media platforms with quick turnaround times.
-Revise animations based on feedback to make sure the comedic tone hits the mark.
Requirements:
-Proven experience of minimum 3-4 years as a 2D Animator with a portfolio that showcases comedic and entertaining work (reels, shorts, parody, etc.).
-Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Animate CC-Strong understanding of sound design and the ability to integrate sound effects and music for comedic timing.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in other adobe software like After Effects, Premiere Pro & other adobe Software).
-Experience with motion graphics or advanced animation techniques.
