Job Description

The person needs to manage multiple and changing priorities, expectations and concerns while working closely with the business partners in a focused and responsive manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for our processes and tools by assisting with questions/issues that come into the support mailbox and processing transactions that come such as expiration date errors, access requests, swap submitter or amend status on submissions.
  • Problem solve issues through testing and analysis, determine solutions, provide great customer service.
  • Understand the business requirements for reporting and metrics, ability to create reports that tell the story to business leaders.
  • Utilization and experience with Excel, Tableau, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerBi (preferred).
  • Create and maintain databases to best manage the content and meta data from AdTrax and E-comm processes for reporting and escalation.
  • Support the business through the design and maintenance of our SharePoint resource center and other business Sharepoint sites.
  • Manage and update SharePoint document libraries and lists based on business requirements.
  • Assist in managing project lists and tasks in our SharePoint Task maintenance tool using SharePoint, including reminders, reporting, and managing deadlines of task and projects,
  • Managing on-going projects and keep the status up to date on SharePoint and in-house idea share site.
  • Create tickets in vendor tool regarding AdTrax issues and work to completion.
  • Assist in FINRA filing and FINRA letters when necessary.
  • Assist in AdTrax submission form monitoring when needed.
  • Assist in ecomm processes with email, IM, and social media surveillance processes.
  • Provide leadership and act as a mentor to others in the team.
  • Looking for opportunity areas for automation and enhancements using Power tools or Excel.


Required Qualifications

  • Graduate from a tier 1 university with minimum 2-5 years of experience.
  • Hands on experience on SharePoint, Power Automate, Power-apps, Power BI, MS - Excel, MS - PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
