Job Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our automobile dealership team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and ensuring that achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets. Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure they achieve their sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration. Analyse sales data and use it to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction throughout the sales process. Oversee the sales process from start to finish, including negotiation, financing, and delivery of the vehicle. Ensure that all sales documentation is accurate and complete. Requirements: Experience as sales manager in the automotive industry. Strong. leadership and motivational skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, & interpersonal skills and Strong organizational & time management skills. Ability to analyse sales data and use it to make informed decisions. Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
