Shift Timing: 11:30 AM 8:30 PM IST

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Financial Aid Specialist to join our team as a Techno-Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Financial Aid module of the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions system, ensuring its efficiency, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective user support. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and functional understanding of financial aid processes in a higher education environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Management:
Configure, maintain, and enhance the PeopleSoft Financial Aid module to ensure high performance and compliance with applicable regulations. - Financial Aid Processing:
Manage end-to-end processes such as verification, awarding, packaging, and disbursement of financial aid. - Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all financial aid operations adhere to federal, state, and institutional policies and regulations. - User Training & Support:
Provide technical assistance and training to administrative staff and end-users; troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues. - Data Analysis:
Analyze and interpret financial aid data to identify trends, support strategic decisions, and improve operational efficiency. - Reporting:
Create and distribute periodic reports to stakeholders on financial aid status, metrics, and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, specifically in the Financial Aid module.
- Strong understanding of financial aid lifecycle and related processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a higher education setting.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, PeopleSoft Query, and related reporting tools.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance (federal/state financial aid guidelines).
Work Mode:
Hybrid Combination of remote and in-office work from any location (Hyderabad / Bangalore / Mumbai / Pune /Chennai / Kolkata / Gurgaon).
