Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Implement and support Information Security controls across IT processes.
Work closely with teams in India, Germany & Malaysia to drive compliance activities.
Ensure timely closure of audit gaps, including evidence gathering and validation.
Support Access Management, Change Management, and Privileged Access Management operations.
Coordinate with multiple IT teams to ensure process adherence.
Review, validate, and strengthen IT internal controls.
Support senior stakeholders with security readiness activities.
Prepare documentation, process reports, and compliance dashboards.
Mentor and guide upcoming junior resources (who will join in January 2026).
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on implementation of Information Security controls.
Ensuring closure of audit findings raised by internal/external teams.
Collaborate with global stakeholders for alignment and process standardization.
Track remediation progress and ensure completion within timelines.
Provide subject matter expertise (SME) support to IT teams where needed.
Support process improvements and automation opportunities in security operations.
Preferred candidate profile
ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
ITIL Foundation
CISA / CRISC / CISSP (added advantage)
Any certification in access governance or security operations
