job title :-HR it recruitment Job description:-Pufferfish is a time-tracking software with screen capture feature. Attendance is taken through Puffer fish An employee should always maintain 9 logging hours per day. Pufferfish helps to keep track of how the employees spend their time. It also allows to monitor their screen while they are working. FULL DAY PRESENT: Office timings will remain same of 9 hours. LEFT EARLY: Working for less than 7 hours. Here consideration is given for first 2 Left early s in a month. From the 3rd Left early of that particular month, there will be a deduction of 0.5 day from the salary. HALF DAY PRESENT: Working for less than 6 hours. LATE: Pufferfish Login after 9:30AM will be considered as LATE. Here consideration is given for first 2 Lates in a month. From the 3rd Late of that particular month, there will be a deduction of 0.5 day from the salary. LEAVE: Working for less than 3 hours or No login. WORKING DURING LATE HOURS (after 7.30PM): Will be. considered only for one or two days in a month with the approval of the Reporting Manager
