Position Overview: 

As an Assistant Manager , you will play a vital role in supporting the management team in overseeing and optimizing various aspects of our operations. You will work closely with your team to achieve business objectives, maintain high standards, and ensure a superior customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Team Leadership: 

Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising team Leaders and Team Members. 

Provide guidance and mentorship to team Leaders & members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. 

Support the manager in setting performance expectations and conducting performance evaluations. 

Operational Support: 

Help plan and execute operational strategies to meet business objectives. 

Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity. 

Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and ordering as needed. 

Quality Control: 

Maintain and enforce quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations. 

Monitor and address any quality or safety concerns promptly. 

Implement and promote best practices for quality control.
