Work Experience requirements Skill set:- Job Description:- Education Requirements Female preferred The primary responsibility will be to establish trusted relationship with clients and handle end-to-end account management responsibilities. The role will be to interact externally with customers and internally with the Business, Client Support Team Candidate will maintain strong relationships with our companys clients to boost our brand and profits in Minimum 4 Yrs. Experience Candidate should be smart and should be able to work on MS OFFICE. Maintaining healthy relationship with clients Managing issues or queries raised on the services used by clients. Attend regular meetings online and visit to their office frequently Able to cross. sell or expand our services at other locations of the client. Requirement gathering on enhancements or new requirements raised by clients Writing BRD (Business Requirement Document) on the new requirements Providing demonstration of ODeX services to the clients. Questioning changes required by them to understand logic of new changes Keeping self-updated on the services provided by ODeX along with the industry norms and processes. Testing of new requirements before deployment / conducting user acceptance test. Managing grievances and internal coordination with ODeX teams. Graduate Should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem- solving skills
