Job Description

Position: Dy. Manager / Manager (Production) Qualification: DME / BE Languages Known: Hindi, English and Tamil Experience: 10 years to 15 years CTC: 25% to 30% increase from their present CTC Roles and Responsibility of the Position: 1. Direct and control the employees of the department to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated to carry out their responsibilities to the required standards. 2. Oversee all operating processes to ensure that the most efficient and effective use is made of plant and equipment and that all safety standards are adhered to. 3. Monitor output to ensure that production meets / exceeds the established targets / standards in terms of both quality and quantity. 4. Address and ensure resolution of issues related to Man, Machine, Methods, and Materials to achieve / exceed production targets and resource utilization. 5. Drive Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM) and its related activities throughout the unit. 6. To ensure that all. Methods related (process engineering) activities are carried out and necessary updating is regularly addressed in the unit. 7. Maintain an awareness of new developments in production process and conduct shop floor audit, if necessary to propose modifications to plant and equipments, so that the company makes the best use of technological developments in its sector. 8. To monitor & control operating cost & make periodical improvements throughout the unit. 9.
