As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our educational programs and ensuring maximum student enrollment across various districts of Patna and Bihar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the education industry, exceptional convincing skills, and a passion for making a positive impact on students" lives. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve enrollment targets. Identify and explore new business opportunities in different districts of Patna and Bihar. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational consultants, and other relevant stakeholders. Conduct presentations and promotional activities to showcase the benefits of our educational programs. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns. Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance and market trends. Stay updated on industry. trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Collaborate with the admissions team to facilitate a smooth enrollment process for students. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in sales within the education industry. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
