The ideal candidate will be tasked with developing and executing value-for-money campaigns across various services, with a particular focus on LinkedIn, B2B marketing, and global outreach. Key Responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of our offerings in custom content production, including all formats of videos, animations, learning modules, and VR experiences. Conduct thorough market research to identify our target personas, understanding their needs. aspirations, and the reasons they seek a video production partner. Strategise and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that align with our company's goals, focusing on maximising ROI and enhancing our global reach. Utilise LinkedIn and other B2B platforms to expand our network, engage potential clients, and promote our services to a global audience. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, leveraging data to optimise strategies and achieve marketing objectives. Collaborate with the content creation team to ideate and produce compelling marketing materials and content. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, experimenting with new ideas and strategies to keep our marketing efforts ahead of the curve. Qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically within the custom content production, B2B services or Global B2B Target groups will be preferred. Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and platforms, with a track record of successful LinkedIn campaigns and global outreach initiatives. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform marketing strategies. Creative and experimental mindset, with a flair for ideation and innovative campaign development. Experience in targeting and engaging specific market personas, with a clear understanding of their needs and aspirations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field will be preferred, though not necessary. Either Ideas or Experience will be the key.
