Roles & Responsibilities-
- Efficiently handling inbound calls - Ticketing, reissuing, cancellation, booking
- Assisting them if they are facing a problem and troubleshooting it
- Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company
- Maintain C SAT scores
- Maintain AHT, Login hrs, Quality
Eligibilities
- Fresher/ Experience in customer service both can apply
- UG/ Grad both can apply
- 5 days working
- Rotational shifts and 2 rotational week offs
- Both side cab
- Salary upto 40000/- CTC
- Performance based incentives upto - 15000
- Location - Noida
