Roles & Responsibilities

- Billing related queries to be handled

- Technical queries are to be handled

- Maintain AHT

- Handle customer's queries over a call

- Give a complete resolution

 

Eligibilities & Requirements

- Graduate/ UG both can apply

- Minimum 6 months of experience (international BPO) is required

- Age limit - upto 40 Years

- Salary upto - 26-33 k inhand

- Both side cab

- Free Medical insurance 

- Loyalty bonus upto 10K

- Performance based incentives upto - 8K

- Upselling incentives upto - 70K

- Rotational shifts

- Rotational Week offs

- Location - Noida
