Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at MIST IT Services located in Navi Mumbai- Turbhe. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and experience, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis. Qualifications Strong customer service and support skills Ability to ensure customer satisfaction and positive customer experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in working with CRM systems and customer support tools is preferred Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications Patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred Note. Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
