• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in CAD software and other relevant tools

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Ensure that construction activities comply with specifications, codes, and regulations
• Monitor site progress and quality of work
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of construction activities
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines on site
