India's leading Early Childhood & K-12 Education company running around 1046 preschools and 51 secondary schools is looking for MEP PROJECT MANAGER

MEP PROJECT MANAGER
LOCATION- SANTACRUZ
CTC - 18-24 LACS DEPENDING ON LAST CTC
INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTIR ROLE

Primary role of the position is to: o Evaluate the design of various MEP systems at each campus o Identify, evaluate & pre-qualify MEP consultants & contractors for design & build & servicing o Study the tender clauses/BOQ specs/drawing detailing provided by architect/ consultant, issue clarifications and highlight the errors. o Visit the sites during the project execution stages of new facility construction and supervise, undertake measurements of electro-mechanical scope. o Correlate with drawings and prepare snag lists, quality issues o Prepare a detail schedule, sequences of the MEP scope of each project

o Supervise testing, commissioning & handover documentation of all MEP systems o Arrange for MEP as-built drawings of project facilities and maintain records
Other responsibilities of the position:
o Plan visit to campuses to list out & review overall electrical safety standards for preventive measures, audits, etc.
o Map the MEP infrastructure across campus for standardization
o Review electrical designs & equipment capacities & functioning for upgrade and to prevent any electrical hazard / accident.
o Prepare/review MEP scope elect, HVAC, fire scope BOQs of upgrading works at campuses and co-ordinate drawings
o Prepare/ review electrical system scheme SLD, makes of materials, equipment, etc.
o Review and implement measures for energy saving, etc.
o To establish and manage the AMCs for transformer, dg, panel, lifts, pump motors, PA, CCTV, and HVAC etc.
o Identify and appoint liaison agencies for statutory approvals
o Ensure the compliance to statutory electrical inspections

QUALIFICATION
Minimum: B. Tech/ B.E. Electrical; Preferred Course in Electrical Audits, Safety, Quality
Knowledge of latest innovations and products in Electrical technology
