Following are the sub locations : Wakad , Hinjewadi, Chakan, Nigdi, Kothrud, Bavdhan, Camp. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding the right products, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Qualifications And Skills 12th Pass / Diploma / Bachelors Degree Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong knowledge of consumer electronics products Ability to multitask and work in a. fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions Ability to work effectively in a team Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Roles And Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them in finding the desired consumer electronics products Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations to customers based on their needs Assist customers with product demonstrations and provide information on product features Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized store environment Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supervisor for replenishment Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in consumer electronics Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
