Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Contracts Manager. The Construction Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing the contracts and agreements related to construction projects. This includes negotiating and finalizing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and handling any disputes or. issues that may arise. The Construction Contracts Manager will also be responsible for vendor management, cost control, and overall project coordination. Qualifications Strong knowledge and understanding of construction contracts and agreements Experience in contract negotiation and management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational and time management skills Experience in the real estate or construction industry Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Dialog content end.
