Job Description:
Managing a team of min 15 to max 18 Quality validators or auditors.
Has hands-on experience working on projects for quality and process improvements.
Preferred good knowledge and understanding of Design Tools such as Adobe- Photoshop,
Illustrator, and GIMP (online photo editing application)
Collaborating with Operations and Creative team to drive and enhance quality output.
Take responsibility to educate and audit processes by closely monitor the quality
controller performance stack and processes.
Support activities include assessment activities related to the Quality Program,
identification of risks and recommendations, draft QA documentation, and conduct in depth quality assurance reviews.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis and Problem solving initiatives.
Driving reporting and analytics requirements for Quality Assurance management.
Implementing & reviewing the Service Quality Plan (SQP) to ensure improved quality
control & assurance.
Preparation of quality decks and attend client and internal calibration meetings.
Should be able to present and participate in quality meetings with the clients.
Has good knowledge of MS Office, preparing PowerPoint presentation, well versed with
Google drive and sheets.
Identifying the BQs (Bottom Quartiles) basis the quality data and plan the improvement
areas for upskilling them to achieve the KPI targets.
Candidate Profile:
Basic Qualifications
2+ years experience in managing a Quality team, which is involved in transactional
quality measurement and reporting.
Strong technical and analytical aptitude are required..
Experience or good knowledge of reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
A Graduate from a reputed University / College.
Six sigma or other Quality certification will be preferred and will be given priority.
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel) suite of products skills 4.

Knowledge of a range of Six Sigma tools, techniques and solutions
Strong analytical skills & Knowledge of QC tools
Ability to conduct end to end process mapping and managing process improvements
Sound knowledge of tools/technologies in ITES and support functions
Ability to develop process frameworks
Excellent spoken and written communication. Assertive and confident raising action
points with senior individuals
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
