Your role:

• Collaborate with donor and internal teams to align engagement initiatives with overall objective of fundraising
• Develop customized employee engagement strategies tailored to the organization's specific needs and goals
• Design and implement engagement programs, initiatives, and activities
• Create and manage communication plans with donor and internal teams
• End to End management of assigned accounts and raise funds via virtue of volunteering activities, and others
• Ensure smooth process of employee engagement activities, to provide a hassle free experience to the collaborating parties

You must be a MBA/Graduate with having strong communication skills along with Team-working, MS Office, multitasking, organizing events.
