Specialty chemicals sales experience to Polymer/PVC Compounders, Plastic / PVC Master batch manufacturers or lubricant / lubricant additives manufacturers
Preferred Product selling experience Pigments & extenders, FR additives, antioxidants, corrosion Inhibitors, Specialty solvents, emulsifiers etc. to name a few.
Key Responsibilities
Seeking a Techno-Commercial person with Hunter mindset. Ability to build new sales. Suitable Guidance and mentorship will be provided but the person has to be a quick learner and a self-starter
Meet budget objectives by managing Customer- Product mix and Margins
Growth strategy: Implement sales & marketing strategy and deliver sales & margin budget and growth
Collection of Receivables and business documents
Communicate effectively with principals and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
Continuously capture market intelligence & monitor the new customer trends/activities.
Generate daily reports / Market visit reports / principal review calls and daily briefing of activities.
