( Existing clients) If you're passionate about pushing the boundaries across more than one platform, love experimenting with growth hacks, and prefer constantly learning, we have just the opportunity for you! Skills And Qualifications Learning Appetite: A relentless thirst for knowledge. Every task is a new adventure in learning. Experience: 2-3 years in the trenches of performance marketing, with a solid grasp of Google and/or Meta platforms. Bonus points for experience with other platforms. Education & Certification: Technical or marketing background preferred, but we're more interested in your skills and drive than degrees. Google Ads search/Display/Video/Shopping , (atleast 2 Google Certification. preferred). Facebook Certified Media Planning Professional/ Facebook Certified Digital Marketing Associate- attempted Analytical Prowess: Strong in analytics and campaign planning. Having Client communication skills even better. Communication Skills: Basic skills are great, but if you can wow us in presentations, you're golden. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace and/or Project Management tools. Key Responsibilities Digital Campaign Mastery: Lead the charge in executing impactful digital campaigns. Manage multi-channel marketing strategies that resonate with our audiences. Your playground includes paid promotions, advertising, and video ads, all aligned with our client's business goals both long and short-term. Data Wizardry: Dive deep into campaign analytics. Your mission is to optimize targeting, refine segmentation, and present your groundbreaking findings to the top brass. Knowing GA4 is a hygiene here-knowing looker studia would be a plus. Collaborative Strategy Crafting: Be the glue that binds different departments. Your collaborative efforts will steer marketing programs to new heights. Client Relations Expert: You're not just managing clients; you're building lasting partnerships. Your proactive communication and swift response to requests should our clients happy. Trendsetter & Process Innovator: Stay ahead of the curve. Be the one who spots trends before they go mainstream and relentlessly refine our processes for peak efficiency.
