Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Cost Estimation of AD/FD/Truck/Two Wheeler E&E parts based on Drawing/SOR/RFQ. Understanding E&E commodity and know-how of Auto E&E Parts and manufacturing process. Understanding of should be cost for a new part with ideal process parameters selection. Required to do Data collection and data analysis Apply Commercial and Technical knowledge of Auto E&E parts like Lamps, Cluster, Infotainment & Wiring harness Responsible for Internal and external Cost/Spec Benchmarking. Responsible for Cost Reduction & Cost Improvements in E&E Parts. Preferred Industries Automobile Farm Sector Education Qualification BE/ B.Tech (Electrical/Electronic) General Experience 5 to 8 yrs experience Critical Experience Integrity & Confidentiality Business & Financial Acumen Analytical thinking Project management skills Good Communication Skills Understanding of Auto E&E commodity. Understanding of different Manufacturing processes related. to Auto E&E Parts Like Lamps, Cluster, Wiring etc. Understanding of Commercial Trade Offs" System Generated Core Skills Conflict Management Cost Estimation Process Knowledge - Assembly Influencing Skills Project Management Material Costing Continuous Process Improvement Vendor On-boarding System Generated Secondary Skills Relationship Management Target Costing Benchmarking Trend Analysis
