Key Responsible Areas: - Designation: - Assistant Manager Digital Marketing Reporting to: - General Manager & Director Experience:- 2 to 4 years Industry:- Real Estate 1. Responsible for managing and handling Marketing activities and execution for the respective cluster allocated. 2. Maintaining relationship 3. Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels 4. Responsible for working on the positioning of the Marketing Communication for the cluster. 5. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets. 6. Developing the annual / project specific branding strategy based on product segment and customer profile. 7. Prepare marketing budget for the cluster to ensure optimal use. 8. Launch Plan for new projects including creating and executing. launch initiatives and post launch market support activities 9. Rich experience in advertising & communications, events and alliances In-depth understanding of media ATL / BTL media mix, media planning 10. Understanding of fusion marketing across spectrum of offline and online channels 11. Maintain social media presence at property level and at a corporate level 12. Work with the sales teams to ensure timely and relevant promotion of sale of properties through advertisements 13. Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support. 14. Work closely with the Agency on the copy/ content and creative for advertisement and promotional campaigns 15. Maintaining & updating the tracker regularly and sharing the same with internal stakeholders and developer 16. Manage and develop the agency relationships. Regularly visit the market to understand changes in the market, competitive moves, experience consumer interactions and identify opportunities 17. Monitor sales data and plan/ modify branding initiatives so as to drive achievement of sales targets 18. Proof checking of content and getting the same approved from developer / stakeholder for all communication 19. Provide inputs to Vendors on the development of communication material. 20. Coordinate with internal departments for various content related Information. 21. Vendor management and coordination for all the above-mentioned jobs 22. Hoarding finalization and audit 23. Design promotional web landing pages to track effectiveness of other marketing initiatives 24. Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts 25.
