Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Mphasis is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to recruit, screen, interview and extends job offers to the most qualified applicants to fill specific job vacancies. This person will also collaborate with management team to define recruitment criteria, as well as compose employment advertisements and contact appropriate advertising sources. In addition, this person will also improve organizational recruiting efforts by aiding the development of long range recruiting strategies, attending recruiting events, developing recruiting materials, and maintaining recruitment contacts to increase the pool of qualified applicants for specific positions.

Technical Skills:
- 2+ yrs. recruiting experience with proven ability to work collaboratively within a recruitment team
- Must maintain confidentiality
- Well organized and detailed individual
- Strong PC and phone skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
Essential Job Functions:
- Prescreens candidate for position eligibility
- Conduct face to face interviews with prospects to drill down and determine the candidates fit for an open position
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
- Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Mphasis leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
- Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and project managers
- Utilize the Internet for recruitment by resourcing social and professional networking sites to identify candidates
- Maintain required records and documentation to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures and applicable regulations.
- Maintain and execute the sole decision making abilities to hire new employees for Mphasis
