Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager located in Hyderabad. The Training Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of training programs for employees. The conducting training sessions, monitoring employee progress, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Qualifications Experience delivering training programs in insurance industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree Professional certification in training or human resources is a plus
